Privacy at Rocketshot
Last updated: 25 August 2026
What we store
- Your username and a securely hashed password (we never store the password itself).
- Your email — only if you choose to add one, and only to let you recover your account.
- Gameplay data — your SOL balance, bets, and cashier history, so the game works and the leaderboard can be shown.
- A necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. If you open a private founding-pilot or referral invitation, a short-lived first-party invitation cookie remembers it until you join. We don’t use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
- Optional founding-pilot feedback — only if you choose to submit it: your answers, an optional screenshot, basic browser and device details, and references to your own latest Rocketshot activity. These reports are visible only to the house and are never posted in public chat.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell your data, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t track you across other sites. There are no analytics or marketing trackers on this page.
If you add an email, we use it solely to send account-verification and password-reset links. We won’t send you marketing.
Your choices
- You can play without giving an email at all.
- Founding-pilot questionnaires and screenshots are optional. Never include a password, wallet recovery phrase, private key or authenticator code.
- You can ask for your account and associated data to be deleted — contact the operator and we’ll remove it.
Contact the house
For account, deposit, withdrawal, or game help, sign in and type @RocketSupport in the in-game chat. This sends the operator a private support alert with your username and message so the issue can be investigated.
@RocketMan is the official house and moderator account. Mentioning it sends the chat message to the house, but @RocketSupport is the dedicated route when you need assistance.
Never post a password, recovery phrase, private key, authenticator code, or other wallet secret in chat. Rocketshot support will never ask for one.
Retention
We keep account data while your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data (username, email, password hash), private support conversations, founding-pilot feedback and any attached screenshots; anonymised gameplay aggregates may remain.
